Our animals are fed a high protein and all vegetable diet, therefore they are fed to be lean.
Sausages are presented in order of spiciness (mildest first). They are fully cooked, just reheat.

Orders placed before 5:00pm central time on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
We use USPS Two-day Express Shipping, so your order will arrive on Wednesday.
Orders are packed in boxes that will carry 7 pounds of meat plus ice packs.
Please include the email address of the recipient in "Add special instructions to merchant" on shipping form.
Shipping is $20 per box: orders up to 7 pounds is $20; 7.5-14lbs=$40, 14.5-21lbs=$60, etc.
